3 Banana Smoothie Recipes

The instruction for making all these three banana smoothie recipes are the same. Put the ingredients in a blender. Add some water or milk if needed and pulse the mixture a few times. Blend the ingredients until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency. Enjoyed in these drinks as a snack (or breakfast or dinner).

Ingredients:

1.Banana smoothie with flax seeds

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons of whey protein
  • 2 tablespoons of flax seeds

2. Banana smoothie with berries

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of berries (blueberries, raspberries, cranberries)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger

3. Banana smoothie with spinach

  • 1 banana
  • 200 g of fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup of “light” yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
