How to make Almond Milk

Almond milk is a healthy alternative to animal milk. It’s very nutritious and easy to make.


  1. 1 cup of Almonds
  2. 3 cups of Water, plus more for soaking
  3. Vanilla (optional)
  4. Little Honey (optional)


Soak 1 cup of almonds in water and leave them overnight to swell. After soaking, rinse the almonds under cool water and put them in a blender. Add 3 cups of fresh water in the blender, including other optional ingredients. Blend them all together. Pour the almond mixture into the strainer. You can use a cloth as a strainer. Extract as much milk as possible. Keep the almond milk in a cool place in a sealed container for up to two days.
