Roasted Cabbage Recipe

Do you need a delicious new way to eat cabbage? Roasted cabbage recipe is very easy to prepare. Cabbage is a nutritious, versatile, inexpensive and delicious vegetable.


  • 1 Big Green Cabbage
  • 2-3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ground Red Pepper (Paprika)
  • Balsamic Vinegar (optional)


Preheat the oven to 200 C (392 F). Slice the cabbage into chunky wedges. Lay them on a baking sheet. Brush both sides of each cabbage wedge with olive oil. Season them with salt, pepper and ground red pepper. Drizzle the cabbage with balsamic vinegar (optional). Roast the cabbage in the oven for 20 minutes, turn the slices over and roast them again for 20 minutes. Bake them until the edges are crispy. Serve immediately.
