• 4 cups water
• Fresh lemon and honey to taste

Directions:

First boil the water and add the turmeric. If you use fresh grated turmeric, you should boil it for 15 to 20 minutes. Afterwards strain the tea, add honey and lemon to taste. That’s it. Drink and enjoy!
